...It's a Good Job I Know My QWERTY

Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, we had a nice extended break as the DH has only just gone back to work...lots of days out and pub lunches, very relaxing! Unfortunately, we still haven't replaced Evil Edna (our poor, old PC) so blogging will be a little sporadic until we do. I do have the use of my sister's old laptop...but it's missing a significant number of keys, so typing is pretty slow going, as you can probably imagine! I shall "see" you all as soon as I've made the good people of Curry's very happy...well, one must do one's part in boosting our flagging economy!
Anon, goodye huswyves!

Hurrah! PC World, evil empire that it is, has some quite good deals too.

Thanks for your comment on my blog, which has got lost somehow. Sorry.
My daughter selling her superb PC set up for only £150 at the minute - can send you details if you are interested. It is a genuine bargain and i know you are not far away so delivery would not be difficult!

Sorry to hear of your computer woes. I was figuring you were taking a long Christmas holiday with your family (glad you were doing that too). Hoping you find a good buy on a new PC.

Happy to see you back to blogging again.

By the way, my children used Legos to fix things like push buttons on the radio so perhaps they'd work on your sister's PC keyboard?
