So my friend Sarah told me about Richard Dawkins' big red bus. Oh, how we laughed. We really enjoyed ourselves despite the fact that we believe in the Big Guy. It doesn't surprise me that Mr Dawkins is the subject of Ship of Fools caption competition and the responses were so funny I just had to link to them. Here's my favourite...sorry Sir Cliff!
Edit: here's another good one!

"Depending on where you live, there's probably no bus"
My favourite I reckon.
Surely even to atheists/agnostics that photo, bus slogan is an embarrassment??
I want to know why only the young, pretty girl is wearing a skimpy t-shirt in the freezing cold. At least us Christians have an ideal of equality...we'd make Dr D wear one too!
How can I be expected to get anything done when your blog makes me laugh so much?
I resent the implication of the athiests' slogan that "Enjoyment of life" and "belief in God" are mutually incompatible!
At least it has got people talking about God, and for Christians that has to be a good thing!
"I guess by inserting the word "probably", they are covering their asses just in case?"

Hi Angela
I resent that implication too. We are given and "abundant life" by our Creator. Yes, I think it is a good thing simply because people are talking about faith, people don't really talk about fiath in this country, other than in negative terms.
Hi Jody
Nice to see an atheist hedging his bets. Surely the "probably" makes the bus and agnostic?
